greg goebel / IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN website
* This website is, as the title suggests, a collection of public domain materials, including:
If you'd like to look around, try the home page to explore the site hierarchically, or the sitemap to obtain a single list of all the materials. The latest materials and background information can be found on the updates page.
* All the work I have done on the Internet has been represented as free for all use. Contributions are not expected on this end, but they are not unwelcome either. If your financial comfort level permits it, your generosity to this effort will be very much appreciated.
If you'd like to make a donation, you can do so using PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can make a transfer directly, and if you don't it will allow you to make a credit-card donation. Overseas readers can contribute in their national currency; PayPal will perform the currency conversion. Any size donation is appreciated, but remember that PayPal takes a fixed cut of a few dimes plus a percentage on top of that for each transaction.
If the banner link doesn't work and you have a PayPal account, you can simply log into your account and specify "gvgoebel_paypal@earthlink.net" as the transfer target. That address isn't useful for correspondence, incidentally; email from everyone but Paypal is blocked and thrown away. If you're unsure about PayPal, just go to:
-- for details. I've been using it since about mid-2004 and have been a satisfied customer. If you're worried that you're being directed off onto a scam, just look up PayPal on Google and don't use this link. PayPal is highly secure: unlike a credit card, nobody takes money from you, you have to actively give it to them.
If you don't feel like making a donation, Amazon.com shoppers can also help support the site by linking into Amazon.com using the banner below and then ordering. I get a percentage off of everything sold using that link.
Using the Adsense advertising also helps. Please don't just bang on ads to drive up the count -- that's ripping off the advertisers, and since they are fair with me, I would ask you not to do that -- but at least glance at them when you're surfing through the site to check to see if there's something interesting there for you, and if you buy something, all the better for the cause. Of course, since I generally don't know who the advertisers are -- Adsense assigns ads dynamically, using an engine that matches a web page to their list of advertising clients -- I can give no guarantees about them.
